Please note: In the above questions, I have rated Hannah as she is the only staff member I see. The question in relation to "Value for money" is no reflection on Hannah what so ever as I am sure she is not responsible for the pricing of products and services. You have outstanding staff in Hannah who deserves reward and recognition for her skills both as a technician and for her ability to provide customer satisfaction. After moving back to Tasmania and needing to find a new technician, Hannah's care factor, ability to listen and her ability to take on board feedback was fantastic, hence she is the reason I return to Victoria's. I have had nails on for 14 years and finding someone new is always a challenge, as I have VERY high expectations and can be hard to please. After having a technician in Wagga for the last 3 years, I have found Victoria's to be comparatively very expensive. I paid $45 for a French backfill (more if tips required, $3 extra for colour, REPAIR $7). This was done by a VERY HIGHLY competent technician who is a teacher in her profession and extremely hard to get appointments with (took me 2 years). Hence the lower price meant I was able to have my nails done every 3 weeks, for roughly the same yearly price as every 4 weeks at Victoria's.. When nails are done more frequently, they look nicer and I found I had far fewer breakages and less lifting as they were always in good repair. I also felt better. I have found Vitoria's have a low focus on nails (nothing to do with Hannah... this opinion is based on lack of product choice e.g. colours, nail art etc)The only reason I return Victoria's is Hannah, this is due to her high level of competence and focus on her work. Again she should be rewarded for her amazing efforts and high care factor.. I feel Hannah would excel even further with the opportunity to increase / further her skills in nails as I feel she is a staff member to be retained and respected. She is therefore now my technician of choice and someone who I have no hesitation in recommending to others who comment on my nails :)
