This is my favorite hair dresser in town. I usually go there for cut, treatment and colour. and I have always been happy with the service. however today I didn't get proper service. Usually for a cut I get a wet cut and a dry cut after the hair is straighten. and I told them that I want a bob which looks good curly and straight. but unfortunately I only got a wet cut and by the time I realize there is no dry cut it was too late and my hair was styled curly with products.

I am always happy with services here but today had a not so happy experience. I did a color and perm. I’m happy with the color but not the perm. The perm not only hasn’t worked well, it also damaged my hair as it was already colored before.

it was my first time ever being used cold water to do hair wash which was a bad experience, especially in winter time, felt unwell after hair wash.

The service is exceptional and the cutting skills of my hairdresser is top notch. The only thing is that he tends to insist on the cut/style instead of giving advice and letting the customer decide on the cut/style. A bit on the pricey side.

The price has gone up dramatically since the renovation. It is already very expensive. Please lower the price. Though the service quality is good, it is just too expensive to recommend to others.
