environment is good and customer service also not bad, but the real service for doing the hair treatment is not worth that much money. also the hair designer talked too much, selling the products and services too hard that made I feel very uncomfortable.

1. Hair spray used at the end of the session is known to contain harmful substance to human 2. The way hair spray was used at the end of the session is unprofessional as harmful colloid was inhailed by me 3. The toilet of the fascility was good 4. No invoice was passed to me at the end of the session 5. Better guidance on car park should be there for the customers 6. Renovation done of the fascility was good, particularly on the electronic side 7. The way hair fallen to the ground was processed is a question mark, some fascility ensures customers by tidying up the cut hair in presence of customers 8. The positioning of the mirror was inappropriate 9. Inability of the other professionals cutting hair at the fascility affected me, this can be improved by lateral positioning of all customers 10. The location used to be known as problem place in the view of Japanese, however that is thing of the past and enough effort has been done from City of Perth 11. The positioning of cafe very close to the fascility is excellent

I've never paid $40 for a crew cut before. Maybe I'm out of touch, but when I request a #3 on the clippers, I expect the price to be commensurate. Lovely place and people, price was a shock.

It has always been a great pleasure to have my hair colored and cut by the senior professional hair stylist Kazu, sadly he is leaving the salon by the end of Oct, however I heard that he is leaving to work on his own. I have been his faithful customer for years and my hair has always received lotsa compliments from friends and colleagues.

My first visit to your salon was a complete makeover of my hair, proof of the pictures via your instagram account and I walked out very happy although my wallet was $300 lighter. I returned today only because I received an email with 'half price haircut & colour offer', my appointment was booked for 2pm and although the service was nice and accomodating I left at 5pm. I received a 'root touchup' and cut in which I paid $205, im still unsure where the half price came into account on my bill even after it was explained half heartedly to me. Although the service is great my cut/colour wasn't $200 worth and one I can't fathom. Thank you
