Apart from a good cut (the most important aspect) I really appreciate the flexibility of hours. Eg to have my hair cut on a Sunday suits my busy working life.

A hairdresser you can use a couple of days before a big event, and know you will look great. Always delivers what is requested, with style lasting until the next cut.

Irene was great! friendly, chatty, she gave good advice / suggestions. My only criticism would be that no mention of price was discussed - especially for the treatments. I should have asked for a pricing but I also think the cost of the two treatments should have been mentioned so I could have agreed or not agreed to have them. A part from that it was a great experience, I am happy with my hair, and I'll be back!

Love the service and the end result. Would appreciate if I can get some real practical solution or advise on how to manage my hair instead of constantly feeling that all the advises are related to attempts in selling me products from the salon.
