I have been here a few times before without any complaints but unfortunately this time I wasn't so happy. Worst pedicure and facial I have had. Massage was good and other visits gave been fine.

This is my 3rd treatment I have had and this has to be the most disappointing one. This is nothing to do with the staff member ( I don’t know her name as she did not introduce her self) that’s ok. She did everything she could but the area that we were in was not let well for what she had to do. She was in her own light and I did comment to her about this and feel that was difficult for her. The polish that she applied did not go all over my nail there was a section at the top of my big toe that just did not have any polish. The staff member was lovely and this should not reflect her attention to me. I have one more treatment left I do hope that it is as good as the other 2

It was disappointing, after notifying that I would be late for my appointment and my daughter who also had an appointment for the same time, had arrived on time, that we were both rushed through our experience. We were told there was no time to change into the robes, etc as it would take time away from our experience. I note that I was late for my appointment, however when I notified that I would be late was never informed that I wouldn't get the experience that I was entitled to. When I made the booking I was told that we would have time in the spa (complimentary) after our treatment. This was not offered to us on the day. I had booked in for a full body massage and then asked if that was what I wanted, which I confirmed as did my daughter prior to me arriving, however, I got a facial instead. The facial was lovely, but I really needed the massage as had been under a lot of stress. I guess my experience didn't meet my expectiation from an expensive Day Spa. Cheers, Helen

I was very disappointed that I had to pay extra to use a gift voucher just because it was a couple of months out of date. Gift vouchers should have at least 12 months to use them

The food was stale and there was not much of it there for $200. Our organiser had to ask several times for food and drinks that where included

I always love the experience at the Royal. There was a client next to my room they was loud and constantly talking . It spoilt the experience as it was rather annoying. The facial was wonderful and the service nice. The girl who arranged the payment wasn’t experienced and made several mistakes .. added to a negative to the holistic appeal. I am only being critical because I am an advocate and love going to the Royal however it’s time to refresh, The experience in the room is perfect however the over all ambience of the experience needs a lot of work.
