The service here is always fantastic and they always do such a great job. However on this occassion I was very disappointed with my leg wax. I have numerous parts of both legs that were missed completely. On this occasion it was not worth spending the money to get them done professionally when I do a better job myself.

The staff at Raquel's salon are always punctual, I never have to wait for my treatments, this is very important for my schedule. The staff are also very knowledgeable of treatments and products.

I have been attending Racquel's since she had a small room at a chemist in Edwards St. All of the staff are very professional and give great advice. Keep up the great service guys.

Skin lifted during wax. Prices are quite high. It's such a shame that there is no loyalty program for a client that regularly visits your salon and gives it a lot of business.

I have been going to Raquel's Skin Care Centre for many years and have always been happy with the service. I have referred and also bought vouchers for others to go to the there. Highly recommended.
