The ladies at Raquels are always courteous and friendly, the place is well presented and the pre-purchased blocks of services such as waxing are great value. The music is a bit lame but it always is in salons.

MY first face wax wasn't fully completed When I rang to have the work redone Melissa did an excellent job I will be requesting her in future for face waxing

I have been going to Racquel's for many years and she never fails to keep up with the trends and maintain her high level of service and friendly staff. Value for money is excellent and the fact the store is open longer hours most nights is very convenient as I work full time so never struggle to get an appointment.

The service is outstanding and the knowledge and skills of the team is of a high standard. Raquel is very thorough with explaining any skin treatment I am undertaking. Beauty therapists have always taken great care with waxing and do a great job. Value for money is excellent. Great SMS appointment reminder service and online appointments make it easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this centre to anyone. Great friendly and professional service.

Very happy with my pedicure at Raquel's today and in the past have been always happy with the service, cost and customer service I have received. Would recommend to family and friends and thank you again.

Highly recommend Kathryn! She does a great job and really makes you feel welcome. A future idea that I think would make a real difference is having the speakers for the music in the actual treatment rooms for massages and facial. At the moment having it on the outside of the treatment room can make it a little difficult to hear it sometimes and also other beauticans walking around can make it a little hard to hear the calming music....just a thought!
