I am very disappointed with the tinting and waxing I had yesterday. My 11 yr old grandson said I had mens eyebrow.I scubbed the to remove dome colour also I did want them thinner at the point closest to my nose. But was told that was the right thickness from measurements. I am getting them thinned out by another person today therefore there was no value for mondy as I have to spend more to gdt them fixed. The lighting in the room is dim therefore I didn't think they were so dark. Redards Dianne Croft

I would not normally be one to complain and if I had had only one of these experiences alone then I would be inclined just to pass it off as a one off. Unfortunately though I have had three bad experiences now with this salon in three weeks. 1st - I had facial waxing and an eyelash tint. I ended up with a small bald patch in my hair where the therapist dropped wax and pulled it out. My sister also had a piece of hair cut out today from wax being dropped on her. 2nd - Definitely the worst of the three. I had a brazillian and half leg wax. It was a particularly hot day and I was put in a rather hot room with an electric blanket on. Because it was so hot the wax wasn't setting properly which in turn caused the whole thing to hurt more. I ended up with wax all over my clothes from the wax being dropped on me back and forth from the pot. And I ended up with a reaction on my legs which I have never had in 15 years of waxing. Lastly, today I had booked in for another facial waxing and eyelash tint. My appointment was attended to 40 minutes late. Again, I do not normally express my concerns but considering I have had three bad experiences out of four appointments I feel this should be brought to your attention. I do not feel that the quality of service has reflected the near $400 I have spent there in the last month.

I found the bed and the room too warm and asked for the heat packs to be removed, I should have also asked for the blanket to be turned off!
