I would nearly go as far as saying this was the best eye brow wax I've had and considering I've been having them regularly for 15yra, that's a good statistic! The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable - I was greeted by a lovely, friendly, outgoing young lady. The lady I had complete the eyebrow wax was equally as friendly and welcoming. The experience was amazing and included a heat pack for the eyes and a small quick massage of the head,shoulders and neck a I could not believe it. I am very fussy about going to new people for my eyebrow wax; however due to work commitments and travel, I had no option but to try someone new. I could not be more happy with the service I received and the job on the wax - my eyebrows are perfect. I've already started recommending your business and service. Thank you again, and I will be back.

Just a comment in relation to my appointment on Saturday at Toowoomba. Whilst the staff are lovely there I was repeatedly pushed with product sells during my appointment. After the first cross sell I was getting a little frustrated as i just wanted to get my appointment over with and not have to feel awkward declining the cross sells. I would like to think that with the $$$ i am spending at the salon that I wouldn't be pushed with cross sells.

As previously stated a larger shop front with other services, for example laser skin rejuvenation and IPL. Also perhaps one room upon where ladies could sit after there service and have a cup of coffee or wine with relaxing music just to have a rest and unwind and they could talk on various products and ideas. As usual all staff that I deal with are professional, courteous and friendly and provide advice as appropriate. Perhaps a reward program of some description might be also an idea. On Thursday 13 November 2014 I booked into Pure Indulgence in Grand Central to have my legs waxed. The experience was not great. After the appointment my legs were rather sore, however I just put this down to the fact that I had just had them waxed. However, as time passed over the night they started to sting, I put lotion on them and went to bed. I woke the next morning to find that I had rather large burn patches and layers of skin missing across my legs. On my right leg a burn mark was the entire back of my leg from my knee to my ankle. I have attached a photo of this, however I have many more photos of the rest of my legs. Nearly a week on from this I still have marks across my legs, and they are still do not feel overly pleasent if they are bumped etc. I did go back to the salon and the ladies did refund me my money, but overall the experience was bad.
