I had to change therapists as my usual therapist relocated to another salon. I have no problem with this, however, I was not completely satisfied by the service I received. I got a full leg wax, and it wasn't until I got home and moisturised after my shower that I saw that I had many patches of missed spots. To remedy the most obvious I plucked them out myself. But the therapist should have been able to see/feel them when doing them initially.
