My treatment was a one hour facial that lasted 40 minutes, the therapist barely massaged, and she kept stopping and doing something else - extremely disappointing today.

I am completing the review because I did not experience an enjoyable relaxing or indulgent treatment. I booked for a luxury pedicure which is promoted to last 1hour and 10minutes. I was out in less than an hour. I did mention the treatment was less than an hour when paying and I was told the 10minutes was the setting time. I was not told to wait until the polish dried; as soon as the Nail technician (not a therapist) was finished she told me I can get dress and she will see me outside. I question how principal is promoting the treatment last for 1hour10minutes when 10 minutes is for waiting for polish to dry. I think it is generally accepted when receiving nail polish frequently (not always) the customer has to wait for it to dry. I was not told to wait until the polish on my toes was not set, consequently when I put on my sandals was scraped. I did not notice this until I arrive home because the room is darkened when I got up, which I thought strange because the lights were on during the pedicure. My other issues are the music was not conducive to a relaxing environment and I was cold. I was never asked if I was comfortable. Obviously the technician should not be in the personal service industry because she has no understanding of what this industry is expected to deliver; an indulgent experience. I will not be returning to Pure Indulgence; in the past I have given gift cards to your business but no longer.

I ran late for my appointment but the lovely lady that took care of me was able to adjust my massage to the time left. Lovely and relaxing.
