I booked my mum in for a Mother’s Day treat. This is the feedback she provided to me and thought it would be worth forwarding on. The therapist unfortunately talked constantly during the treatment which didn’t make it relaxing. Although she was very friendly but talked constantly about herself. She also massaged around the breast area without asking which made my mum feel uncomfortable. Microdermabrasion wasn’t done and nothing equivalent was performed instead. No peel was used. Overall, my mum was disappointed in the experience.

Facial and eyebrow wax were great, massage was good, but really not happy with the pedicure I received. The nail shape, cuticle work and polish to finish were really disappointing. The foot bath or product used to soften the cuticles didn't have enough time to work, so it actually really hurt and felt like my cuticles were being plucked, I've never had this before and get pedicures regularly. The shaping and polish were really bad, as pictured. It took a really long time to dry as well and I'm not sure why the pedicure was done last and not first to give it time to dry (I originally thought it was gel so drying time never crossed my mind). The selling of products at the end really left a sour taste in my mouth also, the person who served me was lovely but I don't agree with paying money for a service and then the business using that as an opportunity to sell their products unsolicited.

Disappointed with treatment. Despite advising the masseuse to increase pressure, massage proceeeded as a gentle rub-down.

Very disappointed that I made an appointment for 7 pm and the lady at the counter argued with me that my appointment was 710 pm. I confirmed 7 pm by sms and then did nt get into my appointment until 730 pm which resulted in me missing another appointment I had scheduled. I thought I was a valued customer. I will think more about whether to return to this store or not. Not a very nice atmosphere at wall.

Feeling pressured and pushed to buy things they want to sell, when I said maybe next time, they are pretty unhappy.

Have been here so many times to get my eyebrows done but unfortunately today was by far my worst experience and made me consider not returning to this salon in the future The staff member who did my eyebrow wax just spent the time criticising my acne and telling me all these ways to fix it with, of course, products you guys sell and just tried to sell me the waxing package and skin products during the entire treatment. Typically, the staff I get served by have lovely conversations with me and take an interest in me and we have a relaxing time. Furthermore, when she was rubbing the wax on me, she was still pushing it around after it had set which hurt, my skin around my eyebrows felt burnt from the wax and was stinging for about 4 hours after despite the moisturiser being put on. On top of this, when she ripped the wax strip off, it felt as though my skin was coming off with it as well and she was definitely not gentle with the process - my eyes were watering and that has never happened to me before, not even at my first appointment. Lastly, she didn't even ask me what shape I wanted or what parts I wanted waxed off or anything, she just went ahead and did what she wanted which honestly I did not like but I can't really fix the shape of my eyebrows now. Honestly, I would consider not returning to this salon which is a shame as I have been coming here for years now and absolutely loved all of the treatments particularly Crystal's and one other girls (young, brown hair) - both had perfect customer service and their treatment was amazing.
