I have booked an appointment online at Indooroopilly and also received confirmation email of the appointment however when I turned up to the appointment I was told that the booking has not been made. I was told to come back in 40 mins without any sincere apologies. I have wasted almost an hour at the shopping centre on my day off. Really not impressed with how they handled the situation.

Being pregnant I didn't realise waxing would be more uncomfortable/hot. The lady did explain this and turn the heating down but I still struggled, really would have appreciated a hand to the waxed area after it was pulled off to help the discomfort. It's these personal touches that are what makes the experience, I was tempted to do it myself

I informed the lady at the front desk that I didn’t want to be asked about signing up for the series, but the technician asked anyway.

There is a problem with my account. I was not given the full allowable discount as the other members when i buy a product. Could someone look into this issue and fix the problem. Thank you. Kind regards

I paid for five - 40 minute massages. The first massage was 40 minutes . The second massage was about 35 minutes . The third massage (today) was only about 30 minutes . These were all given at the Indooroopilly store in Brisbane. I don't like paying for 40 minutes and only getting 30 minutes . I am going to raise my concerns with the manager first chance I get .

I received a $20 off birthday voucher which in the past I have been able to use for a pedicure. I only ever have a pedicure or eye brow wax at this salon and I have been a regular customer for many years. Unfortunately on this occasion I was not able to use the voucher which was disappointing. My nails had not properly dried by the time my pedicure had finished but I was not offered any disposable slippers which I had been offered in the past??
