My massage was lovely and super professional. Promesse was amazing and paid attention to detail very well, best massage that I’ve ever had. She also recommended this very nice cream and I’ve used it at home and love it. One criticism that I have is that I found it hard to relax at times because of other people talking very loudly and laughing in other rooms. I think staff should keep the noise to a minimum when there’s a massage going on. Other than that it was super lovely and big shout out to promesse.

Service was friendly. I was offered aromatherapy oils as part of my massage, but was not informed that this comes at an extra cost. I only found out when paying. I felt this was deceptive, especially as the beautician was aware this was my first massage.

If there is a wait time, you should let clients know and not let them sit there waiting for half an hour after their appointment time before talking to them. Never had such bad service.

The value for money in the signature pedicure was underwhelming. For the price I paid and for an hour long treatment I was hoping for and expecting more pampering than I received. I got a foot soak and leg exfoliation that lasted five minutes if that with the pedicure. Unfortunately I felt like I could have done the treatment at home and saved myself the money.

I booked in for the pure escape package and added a back scrub and foot peel. The massage was amazing 😊 the pedicure was nice but I didn't get everything I was suppose to. I didn't get the foot bath or the cuticle tidy and got hair spray sprayed onto my toes?..maybe to stop them chipping as enough time wasnt left for them to dry. The lady did tell me to be careful. .but they did chip pretty easy because they were still wet and had hairspray on top of that..I had to come home and re paint them as the polish job wasn't that good.

I have booked an appointment online at Indooroopilly and also received confirmation email of the appointment however when I turned up to the appointment I was told that the booking has not been made. I was told to come back in 40 mins without any sincere apologies. I have wasted almost an hour at the shopping centre on my day off. Really not impressed with how they handled the situation.
