sadly this was not the best experience as usually we get very good service. Half leg wax was successful in removing hair - however a significant amount of wax film was left on the legs. even though a massage was provided at the end. This was only 3rd time for waxing and to ensure a willingness to continue waxing Siobhan would benefit from having a positive experience - especially when paying average of $50 a visit. In the last therapists have not used a cold pack either to reduce the pain!

I waited 4 weeks to get a saturday appt with Stepanie only to get there and get someone else. Ver disappointed all round.

Very disappointed I was on time and had the celebrity trio which I normally do very disappointing I literally walked out 25minutes later and had black tint under my eyes, normally have scalp massage which didn’t happen this time. For $63 very disappointed with the overall experience.

It was a nice experience however the girl who did the massage spoke very fast and seemed a bit pushy and it kind of ruined the whole vibe of the experience. I put medium for the actual pressure and I walked away still with all the same knots there feeling like they'd hardly been affected. I also paid with a gift card and was told when I went to the counter there was only $1 on there and instead of just rescanning it originally the girls just kept asking me if I'd used it already, which I definitely had not.

Lauren actually hurts you when she massages your calves , but didn't ask me anything - actually she didn't talk at all, so I wasn't comfortable saying anything. Maybe if she had actually talked to me maybe we would of discovered that I wanted shellac, but the gift voucher I had didn't include it. If the staff actually kept records they would know I get shellac. I am surprised that my husband wasn't offered an upgrade when he bought the voucher . He wouldn't remember but would of taken the upgrade if it was offered. Likewise, I would of paid the extra today if it was offered. I should of twigged something was wrong when the colour nail polishes didn't have the usual glittery colours I go for. Also I have noticed that Lauren has put the nail polish on my left big toe crooked. See photo. Today wasn't the normal pleasant experience I have come to expect.

i just wonder why in the same salon but everybody do the same job differently...every visited is difference if i get another girl ..one of the girls while she put the mask on my face she massaged my head ...i feel more relax ...and another girl apply the feeling'liquid down my neck...i think it is much better that way ...this time no massage and not apply down the neck ????
