Comment
I have gone to Pure Indulgence for years. I am rethinking continuing after the last few appointments. The amount of soft selling that is going on. I go there to relax and the whole appointment is trying to sell products and buying a series. I don't like it at all. I feel uncomfortable and cannot relax at all. Other people have mentioned the same thing to me. You are going to lose customers if you keep doing this.
