I have been visiting Insignia for about 3 years now. I have received nothing BUT impeccable service from Amanda and her staff during that time. I work directly with the public and get so many nice comments about my hair even from men. I have referred a few friends to the Salon and recently bought another one of my beautiful friends a voucher for her 40th birthday so she too can enjoy the experience. Alana did a great job on my hair - I was really pleased. She listened to what I wanted and was efficient and timely while making sure I was satisfied. I also got my eyebrows waxed for the first time in years (after a really bad experience)and was so happy with the result. I was listened to and my concerns were unwarranted - I walked away feeling so satisfied. I wouldnt hestitate to recommend the salon for both hair and beauty. Thanks for making me feel better about myself :) Cherrie

I have been having my hair done at Insignia Hair and Day Spa for a few years now. I, like many women, am very fussy when it comes to my hair so I was very pleased to find someone that I can trust with both colour and cuts. I walk out of there feeling brand new every time I visit. My husband and my daughter also have hair cuts there. I have gotten to know nearly all the girls names who work there and it's so nice when I walk in and they all say hello with a lovely smile. I look forward to my visit very time! Well done Amanda and the team. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

I have always had a positive experience at insignia hair and day spa however the last time I visited will be my last. The service was well below usual standards, I did not receive a high quality service and I was very disappointed in the visit to the day spa.

The girls at Insignia are great. Ive been coming for the past 5 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Their experience and advice are fantastic and prices very reasonable. I always recommend friends to Insignia
