I was so thirsty when I first arrived - can I suggest that you offer clients a glass of water/tea/coffee when they first arrive & are sitting in the waiting area, instead of at the time of consultation with the stylist. My stylist was fabulous & loved the job she had done :-) She seemed to listen to the look I was after. Have been going to "cheap" hairdressers for many years & could really tell the difference after visiting your salon - & the cost was reasonable. For example, I never had someone properly mix toner for my hair before - your salon seems to do things the "proper" way - which shows, so don't change your practices in this regard!

Lovely salon, easy to get to, staff are friendly and knowledgable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Insignia to family and friends.

What an awesome Salon. You always feel welcome and greeted on entry. The stylist all are top quality, it doesn't matter who style/cuts/colours your hair because they are all great & do exactly what you ask. I take my whole family there & tell all my friends to aswell. Won't be going anywhere else.

Really nice staff and lovely salon very smart,advice given was appreciated and felt like they weren't just trying to make money out of me(like some previous salons)! Lovely girls always do a good job !

Insignia Hair and Day Spa is a fabulous salon that offers great service, a welcoming environment and lovely staff. I have always left the salon with exactly what I wanted, whether it be hair, skin care, foot care or massage. I have never been disappointed. The online booking system is fantastic and so easy. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. My experience has always been wonderful. Thank you.
