I only have one complaint. There is a young girl who washes hair, and she MUST have more training around how to wash long hair, as my experience with having my hair washed and massage from her is extremely rough, extremely painful and very unpleasant. It feels like she is pulling my hair out By the roots at every touch and by the end I’m exhausted from holding stiff through out the whole experience and my hair is a complete knotted mess, I feel like she’s snapped off pieces of my hair throughout the whole process which is devastating, and the conditioner she is using leaves my hair dry and knotted and stiff for days and It’s just feels horrible but with other people I’ve had who have washed my hair this doesn’t happen, so maybe she’s not using conditioner or isn’t using enough. I’ve had this young girl on a few occasions over months and she just hasn’t improved. I don’t feel it’s her fault I feel she hasn’t been taught correctly on how to wash longer hair. I am embarrassed to say anything when I’m there, can someone please support her with some more training. And for the sake of not having to go through this hair washing experience again after the last visit I was considering looking for another hairdresser. If your not sure please ask her to wash your hair and you’ll see.

I don't normally leave reviews but as I am new to the area and was looking around for awhile and unsure which salon to go to. I would highly recommend insignia. The salon is nice, clean and modern, the girls I had were really good, my color looks great an so does my cut. I find it to find a hairdresser who cuts my fringe the way I like it and she did it perfect. Very reasonably priced and I received a discount for being a first time customer. I would rate my hair and experience a 10/10 and will defeniatly come back.

After waiting 30min i was finally seated and was greeted by the colour stylist i was assigned After discussing what i was after, i was then guided in the right direction as to what was going to happen Unfortunately due to delay in being seated, i was told that my stylist only had time to do minimum foils, which was pretty disappointing The overall result was stunning though, the colour came out well balanced and blended and my cut was great I will be returning as i am happy with my colour and got what I wanted in the end, even though the styling was time poor

Having used the hairdressing services for some years I was pleased when i received beauty vouchers from my daughters. I had a beauty massage, facial and waxing. Before this my massage experience was relegated to the pop up type places around shopping centres. What a difference! The beauty massage was wonderful. The whole ambience of the beauty rooms, the staff and the products used was top quality. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I love the salon but am worried that I may not be able to continue to come because of the stairs. Whilst I know the cost of a lift is out of a question perhaps a chair lift might be able to be looked at?

I would like it if my foils were closer to the scalp so it didn't look like I had regrowth within a couple of days
