Lou was lovely and I'm very happy with the job she did, however the young lady (not sure what her name was) washing my hair was very rough and it was almost like she was pulling my hair. I normally look forward to the wash part, but this was not enjoyable. I felt like she was in a huge hurry. Other than that, everything was great. Thank You!

Loved my stylist today (unfortunately I didn't ask her name, sorry!) but she really listened to what I wanted and helped me to make the right decision about my style with regards to my hair type. I had a bit of a rough experience when my hair got washed, not by my stylist, and this was the only downside to my visit today. I just felt the wash was too rough and I got a lot of soap in my ear

Emma does a fantastic job with cut and color. I would also like to say that Mel goes above and beyond to accommodate special needs and to make the experience putting the customer first. She is a great asset to the business.

Monday experience was far better than going in on a Saturday. Was cared for well by a hairdresser I've never seen before (I think her name was Jessica?), so I'll go back in on a Monday and see her again. As I don't have things on after my appt, it would be nice to have the option of having a style or not and paying for this as an option.
