It is quite difficult to change salons, so I was a bit apprehensive today. My stylist Mitchell was friendly and efficient. I have rebooked for another appointment in four weeks time, as I think I may have found my new salon.

Experience was good. Was just a bit unhappy with the balayage. Looked like it was foils at the front instead of the balayage. Feel as though it started too close to my scalp and cannot see too much of my natural root colour.

Mitchell is simply fabulous every time. What is disappointing is the lack of product available leading to the hairdresser having to come up with a 'work around' when the colour they need isn't available.
