Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional, including those I was not dealing with directly. As someone who is fashion impaired, the guidance was perfect without being uncomfortable but still checking in for how I’m feeling about the look and what vibe I’m after, etc.

only fault is that you ran out of hot water during the time i was there so had to have my hair washed with cold water which was not ideal

I love visiting the salon, always feel welcome and pampered. Everyone takes time to get to know you. Very friendly staff, excellent service. Always leave feeling pampered, even better when they remember the red wine 😉
