First time coming here for my hair and first time having it cut since having twins, it felt really nice to have a treatment and cut to help me get through the postpartum hair loss I'm experiencing. Hayley was so lovely and gave me great advice on what to get and what to do with my hair moving forward. Overall just a really good experience.

I was surprised to receive a gift voucher in the mail from Insignia just because it was my birthday. That was a very nice touch! As I've never received anything from the other salons I've been to in the past. I go back to Insignia because I like the way Alana cuts my hair, the service is great, it's close to where I live and parking is convenient! And the price is really good because I'd go back more often than less. Two thumbs up from me!

Fantastic haircut from Simone. Exactly how I wanted it. I love going to this salon, besides the talent of the hairdressers, it is a lovely relaxing experience. I always leave happy and feeling like I have been pampered even if I have only had a cut.
