Excellent experience with Phoebe and I will definitely stay with Insignia and ask for Phoebe. A small point I Would have liked more discussion about my style cut at the beginning, but I ended up with what I wanted in the end.

I had such a wonderful experience today, Steve is such a lovely and welcoming person, made sure constantly I was taken care of and he was just so on the ball with everything going on in the salon.

The salon had unfortunately had a flood that morning but they worked so hard to continue services and maintain the beautiful relaxing environment. The staff went above and beyond to maintain the experience.

I absolutely love my new colour and cut. I always feel like I’m treated like a queen when I go to Insignia. Hands down the best in penrith.

Brought my daughter in for a back-to-school deal including a wash, blow dry and haircut. Such a good deal, so worth the money. Daughter is loving her haircut! Her hair looks and feels amazing. Always come in for my own hair needs and being able to bring my daughter in and have her enjoy herself is great!
