I went in today to have grey blending, I had six months of regrowth , mostly greying around the front. I was told I would have dark ash at the back and my front grey, which was mostly whitish , would be blended around my face. I don’t know what went wrong but my beautiful grey that was framing my face is no longer there, I think that maybe it was over processed with the purple toner. Its now a darker shade and a lot less then what I had originally had grown out. I’d been growing out my grey for over six months now and I feel I now have to start all over again. I also feel the regrowth is now going to be even more visible and a distinct line of growth because of how dark my overall hair is now, especially around the front. I said today I was happy with it but actually I think I was just in shock that I had just lost my grey face framing that I had when I first walked in and now it’s a darker shade of grey not very visible and a very small amount compared to what I originally walked in with. I’m sorry this didn’t go well, I’m feel so disappointed and discouraged that I now have to start regrowth all over again. Considering that amount of money I paid it’s very disappointing. I will not give you any verbal bad reviews but just want you to be aware of the mistakes that can really set people back when transitioning to grey. I’m not sure if there is any way to recover the grey around my face or if it’s too late now. I will try and use the clarifying shampoo a few times and see if I can recover some of the grey tone I originally had. My daughter went in to get her hair done for her Year 12 formal. She had a picture of the style she wanted as well as explaining exactly what she wanted. The stylist did nothing remotely like she was shown. If it wasn't for Steve coming to the rescue and redoing my daughter's hair, the day would have been ruined. Thank you Steve for saving the day.

Got soaked when having my hair washed. $12 for a "treatment" that lasted 5 seconds. Covered in hair for my whole haircut. Look exactly the same as I did when u walked in. Service is going down hill quickly. Think I will go elsewhere from now on.

I only had a treatment but for $50!i would expect to be in the salon for longer than 5mins! No scalpt massage (even just a bit to massage the treatment in!), no hot towel - just slapped the treatment on and away I went!! I know I was going home with the treatment but just massage it in! Rather disappointed! I have had the treatment done at other salons and they have taken much longer and much more attention to detail.

My daughter had hair and makeup done for her year 10 formal. The hair was done beautifully, we were both very happy with it. The hairdresser listened. However, the makeup was not as we requested. I spoke to the makeup artist and and asked her to do something age appropriate, as my daughter is 15. Not too heavy, not dramatic. She did not respond well to me. My daughter also said she did not want the makeup to be too heavy, and she did not want lipstick. The makeup was very heavy, far too much, and she got lipstick. The artist did not listen to either of us, just did what she wanted. My daughter had to wipe off quite a bit of it before she went to her formal. We were disappointed.

This was a well presented salon. I went for a deluxe pedicure but I did not anything deluxe about it, I have 4 cuts on my toes from having shellac filed of which was not a pleasant experience. Won't be returning for a pedicure again. The girl very nice but not worth the price.
