I felt the stylist was a little standoffish when I told her what she did last time wasn't what I was after. I thought to myself oh great, this appointment is going to be awkward. However, as the appointment went on, it got better. She listened & seemed to understand my vision. She gave her opinion on a cut, I went ahead with it & absolutely love it. Whilst paying, she answered numerous phone calls at the desk, she could've used some help there. I don't think you have it, you should put pricings of your products on display somehow, as when I got to the counter I didn't know how much I was up for. Love the result.

I was so thirsty when I first arrived - can I suggest that you offer clients a glass of water/tea/coffee when they first arrive & are sitting in the waiting area, instead of at the time of consultation with the stylist. My stylist was fabulous & loved the job she had done :-) She seemed to listen to the look I was after. Have been going to "cheap" hairdressers for many years & could really tell the difference after visiting your salon - & the cost was reasonable. For example, I never had someone properly mix toner for my hair before - your salon seems to do things the "proper" way - which shows, so don't change your practices in this regard!
