I asked for my hair to be cut so that it sits firm on my shoulders, shown a picture of what I wanted. Been here many times before and been happy with the cut and style but I couldn't get my normal lady I thought another lady would be ok. My hair has been cut so much shorter than I asked for. My hair is 2-3 cm above my shoulders and it isn't even cut straight. The right side is higher than the left. And the layer incosistant. Makes matters worse I'm getting married eloping on Monday 29th feb. I cried all day. And have tried many styles today many clips but I am crushed my hair doesn't match my dress.

I got my hair done by Amanda today she asked so many intrusive personal questions which I thought was odd for someone meeetibg me for the first time I had a small braid and some curls put in - the braid was great the curls were not very nice I could have done a better job. I was charged $65 which I thought was crazy and can't believe a small braid is classd as an upstyle. I will be sticking to my hairdresser bianca who I have NEVER had an issue with she is fabulous. I'm a regular so for an exp like this is pretty disappointing!

Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the service. I could have received the exact same hair style and colour at another salon and paid half the price. They make negative comments about your hair to up sell their products and treatments. After telling me how dry my hair was, they combed my hair while it was wet in the basin and now it is all broken. They do not have a warm and welcoming environment, it feels as though they are judgemental

I have always had a positive experience at insignia hair and day spa however the last time I visited will be my last. The service was well below usual standards, I did not receive a high quality service and I was very disappointed in the visit to the day spa.
