I am very disappointed and unhappy with my last Hair cut experience. I showed a picture and asked for the same kind of hair cut. The hair cut was nothing like the picture. I was charged for the styling. It didn't last even for two hours. I was charged $30 on top of the quote given. I was told that's because of the treatment that was done. It was never discussed with me. My hair is so dry, doesn't look like any conditioning treatment was done. I waited months for this appointment and am so disappointed. I was charged nearly $200 for nothing. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will put a Google review too
