I arrived on time but was rushed to the wash basin with my handbag still on. I asked if I could put my handbag on a nearby chair. Looking dismissive she said that's fine. She rushed my hair wash and only shampood, rinsed and massaged the top half of my head. When she offered a treatment she failed to mention the price before offering it to me or else I would've had to pay a higher price not knowing it wasn't included. Luckily I asked. She combed my hair with a sharp comb and scraped my ear. I asked if she could use a comb not so sharp as it was hurting me. She replaced it with another comb and continued to scrape my ear! The capes need to be replaced with full capes as it acts like a long bib where the customer is left with hair all over their back feeling dirty and itchy covered in hair when they leave the salon. Now there's hair all over my car seat! The chair was uncomfortably low where my legs were cramped because the hair dresser did not think to sit on a high stool but instead sat on a normal height chair while the customer is forced to sit so low. Because she was rushed my hair was crooked so I had to point out areas she needed to fix. Worst experience ever. I was served by Justine. I suggest they serve each other so they can experience just how terrible their service is.

Hi - My experience in all my 3 visits and the visit for my son has been nothing but time consuming. Each time I kept coming back thinking it will get better. This is nothing against Tammy she is so wonderful and she is the reason I kept coming back. But it’s too much of waiting time. Today after my color got washed and by the time Tammy could attend to my hair style - there was a gap of 65 mins sitting and waiting. And in the end I didn’t have time so had to squeeE in a hurried cut with no style drying even though I pay for it as I did not have time. For my sons hair cut who just needed a school cut it took 2 hours. It’s a waste of time and such a shame as I really loved Tammy. There is no respect for our time. Else it’s a lovely salon with such nice staff.

It was a rip off! I asked for a simple layered bob hairstyle but what i got was a terrible haircut masked with lots of hairspray and volumizer. I never had such terrible haircut before. I believe they let someone practice on my hair and then charged me an exorbitant amount of money. I will not recommend HBS to anyone at all nor will I ever use their services at all!

I was not happy with the service I received I wanted to lighten my hair instead I left with it darker than before.It was also very frizzy and frankly I style my hair much better at home. I was pretty disappointed Even though I had high expectations.The only upside the hair wash was good
