Ella Baché Armidale is committed to providing you with the most experienced therapists and a tranquil environment. All of our treatments are tailored to the individual and great care is taken to make sure you feel welcome and warm in our care.
Established in the community for over 20 years ago, we are in our new, modern premises, beautifully set out, consisting of 6 elegant treatment rooms, a shower room and a huge retreat space consisting of 2 pedicure and 2 manicure lounge areas. We also have a unique double room so you can enjoy a pampering treatment with a friend or loved one. The team of Beauty Therapists are led by the salon owner Marissa Cross, who has been a dedicated and loyal Beauty Therapist for over 15 years.

Stevie was fantastic however prior to my appointment I waited 10 mins from when I walked in for someone to even acknowledge me which doesn’t normally happen? I saw two of the staff look my way and then walk off without even saying ‘be with you in a moment’ or ‘have you been looked after’ this seemed slightly unprofessional. I understand people are busy and that is fine but it would be nice to at least be acknowledged. When customers are not acknowledged it makes you feel like walking out especially after 10mins. Again apart from that, the service from Stevie was wonderful, she is pleasant, polite and professional, making customers feel welcome and at ease. She also does a wonderful job.
