Ella Baché Armidale is committed to providing you with the most experienced therapists and a tranquil environment. All of our treatments are tailored to the individual and great care is taken to make sure you feel welcome and warm in our care.


Established in the community for over 20 years ago, we are in our new, modern premises, beautifully set out, consisting of 6 elegant treatment rooms, a shower room and a huge retreat space consisting of 2 pedicure and 2 manicure lounge areas. We also have a unique double room so you can enjoy a pampering treatment with a friend or loved one. The team of Beauty Therapists are led by the salon owner Marissa Cross, who has been a dedicated and loyal Beauty Therapist for over 15 years.

I went in for a $45 tan the day before my ball. And they told me to leave it on for 3-4 hours to get the perfect tan for my skin colour and when it was allied it was quite light but I was told it would develop. I left it on for around 5 and a half hours and it didn’t even look like I had a tan and I am extremely pale. For the money and result I was dissatisfied and wouldn’t get it done again

I was treated quite rudely by a senior staff member who changed my booking on her computer and told me I was fifteen minutes late in front of other customers when I had a text confirming I was actually early for my appointment that I booked online. Was quite embarrassed but am appreciative to the a different staff member who was apologetic and very kind to me when I came back for a rescheduled time.

This isn't my first visit and my previous experience was great exception of one with my lashes coming off next day and booked in and paid full fee to have it redone and this recent one, I would rather not comment but still recommend friends and others this service as I have come to a conclusion that it depends on the therapist you have on the Day. Your experience can best or worse depending on what you get. Best wishes

As always it's a delicious treat to have a facial. However I was a tad disappointed. I have had the same facial a few times and this time there were two less features that I was looking forward to. The new feature of a small cup of tea did not make up for the lovely face peel and arm and hand massage sadly.
