I had a lovely experience and a wonderful chat to the beautician. However, when I left my upper lip started to sting and I had developed a red pussy rash along my lip line. A week later and it has turned into a pussy burn that is sore and will not flare down. I have never had a bad experience before this at Ella Bache Port Macquarie, and will not hold it against them. However, my upper lip is incredibly sore and inflamed and I would recommend cooling the wax before lathering it on my upper lip (it was quite hot)
