1. Choice of music for a relaxing massage is very important. R&B (which has a very strong beat or occasionally has rap) is absolutely not the right choice and it made for a very un-relaxing experience. I would encourage you to consider gentle music with no lyrics (especially inappropriate lyrics about sex!!!) for the rooms. 2. The music itself kept cutting in and out abruptly. Normally this would be an unwelcome distraction but due to the choice of music, I welcomed the moments of complete silence. 3. The room was so incredibly cold and 2 towels were not enough to keep me warm. I'm sure my therapist could feel my freezing fingers and toes and yet, half way through, she turned off the heating and had the cool fan turned on. (I promptly asked if it could be turned off as I would not have lasted with the room any colder). Consider either warming up the room more or providing a heated blanket (or a blanket at all!) like other salons provide. The client is naked and therefore the room needs to be warmer than usual. The light is also far too strong for the room and the towel placed over my eyes was not enough to shield from the brightness. 4. Therapists should ideally leave phones outside the room or at least completely silent (not on vibrate) as the therapists phone was called and therefore vibrating several times during the session. 5. The floors need addressing. This is probably the most challenging of my feedback points that would need addressing as I understand structural changes to buildings are not so easy, however, the floors have been laid so badly that every movement the therapist made with her feet made the whole bed bounce - quite violently when she was just walking from one side to the other. Again, this does not provide for a very calming and relaxing experience. 6. The massage technique left a lot to be desired. I felt like it was more of a 'sunscreen application' session rather than a massage. There was no deep kneading or tapotement as described on your website. There was also so much oil used that was not wiped off so I was drenched.

All answers to the above are positive. The staff are friendly, professional, well organised. The service is excellent. Michelle has been doing my electrolysis and I am extremely happy with her informed, professional and gentle approach. Great salon. Would definitely recommend!
