I was really happy with most of my treatment though I was disappointed that I had to wait quite awhile while the consultant was talking to another customer about products. However, the consultant promptly excused herself to attend to another customer's treatment when I declined to purchase the products recommended saying she was running late. The consultant was very thorough with the treatment though the very last step seemed to have been omitted this time, I'm not sure if it was due to time constraints because she was running behind.
