I received a full leg wax from Shannon on Thursday 19th June. The service was amazing, the staff were lovely, however I have given a lower score for the overall environment as there was unfortunately a lot of noise coming from the business next door with drilling and banging against the walls. The lovely Ella Bache staff even went as far as to go next door to politely ask if they could please stop and were unfortunately met with some arrogance by one of the employees. It was very unfortunate that I couldn’t enjoy my treatment to its full potential, but this is no reflection on the Ella Bache staff, I will absolutely be back!

The whole Facial experience was wonderful. So relaxing I didn't want it to finish. Stephanie had such a light touch and the products left my skin tingling and refreshed. I have had many Facials before and would recommend it to anyone who needs a bit of a lift or just want to spoil yourself.

Although the salon itself looks and feels a bit tired, the service is anything but. Chloe did an amazing "Turn Back Time' facial. One of the best facials I have ever experienced. What was very refreshing for me was the fact that she didn't ask which products I used, she didn't comment or criticise my skin condition and she didn't try to upsell Ella Bache products to me. She knew I was there for a wonderful facial and that is exactly what she delivered. I will return again to Ella Bache Cleveland.
