No masks on Xmas eve… the day before every customer sees their family is incredibly irresponsible. A weird situation having a manicure over a treatment bed with the lady trying to fit behind me getting things forgotten. Nail polish is old and bumpy quality. Your salon is a premium price and the quality and covid 19 precautions were lacking.

I visited the Cleveland Salon for the first time yesterday afternoon and I will not be going back. The services I paid for was an eyebrow waxed & tint and an eyelash tint. My eyebrows are way too dark for my skin colouring and hair colour, I am pale with blonde hair. I have spent the evening trying to wash it out. Additionally some tint was left above my left eyebrow on my skin which is very stubborn to remove. Whilst i am happy with my eyelash tint the experience was uncomfortable. After it was applied my right eye was stinging so much I had to ask the lady to remove it. I have had my eyelashes tinted on several occasions and this has never happened before, the lady commented that she had 'caked' in on. Please note this feedback is in relation to Cleveland not Capalaba, I have never had a bad experience at Capalaba. Very disappointed considering the prices you charge.

Was asked if I had emphysema, asked the lady to do what she thought was best and she said she doesnt do that just what I asked, even when i said I wasnt sure. Not impressed

My daughter and I wanted to have deluxe manicures on Thursday for her upcoming Wedding on Saturday - the clinic were very good in fitting us in which was wonderful as we only made the booking very late - my daughter had gel polish and cuticles were not touched at all, by the time we walked back to the car the edges of several nails had lifted so she pulled a little to take the rough bit off and the whole of the polish came off, totally intact; which very quickly was followed by the remaining 9 - i have photo evidence of the polish coming off intact, this was extremely dissappointing. My nails stayed on until last night and I have no polish on now at all - it simply peeled off - the manicure costs us $150.00 - to last maximum 5 minutes and for me 48 hours - needless to say - I certainly will not be recommending Ella Bache for nails in the future
