This year I have been attended by Emma who has shown extreme knowledge and warmth. The treatments I have had are always carried out in a welcoming environment. The products are of the highest quality and recommended. II believe that when a client chooses to b pampered in whatever manner,they should be greeted with a smile and an approach that releases any tension in the client. This is exactly how I have always felt. The Manager, Emma, also has a beautiful, welcoming and professional manner. I have observed how other clients, such as myself are so relaxed and comfortable with their therapists/consultants which assists new clients in feeling they made the right choice. Therefore, a big thank you to all the girls.
