As usual, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and in a timely manner. Service was as expected so absolutely can't fault Ella Bache Balwyn at all. I left with my eyebrows looking tinted and tidy. On an unrelated matter, this was of particular importance to me as it became necessary for me to return a product that had failed in quality. Emma did not hesitate to reimburse my account the full value of the product even though I had used it for four months out of a 12 month expectation. Now that's what I call customer service and satisfaction!! So it's a big yes as to the likelihood of me recommending this salon (which I have already done).

I was very happy today. Ammie was excellent. I had a 'Turn Back Time' facial and she did a fantastic job.

Darcy took so much time and care transforming my feet during my pedicure. She paid particular attention to removing the very dry skin on my big toes explaining that it's a very common issue as well as smoothing the skin on my heels. Her skill in massaging my feet and calves made them feel energized and left my skin incredibly smooth. Darcy is very friendly and conversation flows easily. I have no hesitation in recommending her, hence my 10 out of 10 on all counts. Thanks Darcy!
