No advice was needed and, therefore, given. Sophie treated me respectfully checking if I was happy with the waxing before continuing with the tint. She also asked me to confirm I was happy with the shade of tinting as she could go over my brows again if I wanted them a little darker. Sophie has a really friendly and inviting personality and pays attention to detail. I placed my handbag on the floor in the corner as usual, but Sophie placed it on a hook without me realizing. I had never observed the hook before as I'm on the short side and never looked up! Very thoughtful. Thanks.
