Attempted to use "Birthday Gift Voucher" only to find that it was expired only 3 months after it was issued. That is not a gift at all. Obviously just for marketing purposes. What difference does it make to you when the person chooses to use it, if it is indeed a gift. Very disappointing. Also I was kept waiting 20minutes after my appointment time. This made me late to pick up my daughter & although the therapist told me it would not reduce my treatment time. My one hour facial started 20min late & finished at 10 minutes past the hour, so was actually 50 minutes.

The reason I come to your salon is for that little bit extra, like the hot towel post wax. This is hit and miss. Sometimes I get it and other times I don’t. Today I didn’t and I was disappointed. I also thought it was excessive to pay $55 for a shellac toes with no pedi. I won’t return for that service given the price point.

Music wasn’t on. I didn’t get the full hour of my service. Didn’t get proper advice about my skin.

I had an appointment for a massage and exfoliation (1.5 hours). The therapist was lovely and did a great job but was coughing and blew her nose about 4 times within 20 minutes. I said that I felt uncomfortable as my wedding is a week away and didn't want to get sick, so would come back another time. I was charged $110 for a massage and not charged for the exfoliation but was in the appointment for less than half an hour. Not really enticing me to go back.

They were short staffed and took along time to even aknowledge me. The staff were quite flustered and expressed that. Everything felt a little unorganised and I was not confident rebooking for another appointment.

I was expecting a much more professional and caring environment. Very little nice or luxurious touches for the price and the reputation. No blanket was offered, did not dim the lights, no head or hand massage while waiting for eyelash tint (most places do this). Was quite disappointing. Did not wash the tint out with water so was left with tint on face and still stinging. Not even a tissue offered to wipe off cream. A shame as I like to get all my beauty services in the same place, only seem to treat you well if having massage or facial.
