Hamman Session included as part of a Luxury Escape package was very disappointing. It consisted of a steam room and 2 exfololiant creams you applied yourself. The heat coming out onto your legs was far too hot and could not be tolerated. The bench to sit on had cloudy water indicating it still had the previous occupants cream in it. There was no alarm bell. I think it wa a quite dangerous. We only lasted less than 10 minutes rather than 30 minutes.

The treatment was fantastic and very relaxing. Treatment room and shower were fantastic and clean. I would suggest that you could offer a larger robe for those who don’t fit into a one size fits all. When I asked staff if they had larger robes I was told to put a towel under the robe. Surely I’m not the first person to ask for a larger size robe. Other spas I have attended have had options.

My daughter and myself totally enjoyed our 2 hour spa experience. The staff were friendly and professional, the venue was clean and peaceful, the treatment was extremely relaxing and we left feeling very relaxed, pampered and happy. We have already bought another package for our January holidays to do it all over again and we cannot wait.
