The staff were very welcoming and extremely lovely, starting from reception. The waiting room downstairs is very aesthetic, and there are two types of tea on standby which is a nice extra. Tap water is also on offer. The four masseurs all came out at the same time and stood before us which was pretty cute. The music set a beautiful ambience, and the oils during the massage, were used in abundance. I'm glad they didn't push their products as so many other places do. Showering products were provided in the two showers which is not seen often. The massage was very relaxing and that's what I asked for, even though I normally get a remedial massage once every 8 weeks. I was wondering, however, at the price paid, should the masseuse have been a little more experienced? She initially asked which areas I would like her to work on. Her skills were good when it came to my back, but the neck was barely manipulated. No scalp massage was provided even though I asked for it which for me is the best part of a massage. The face wasn't touched either, even though it was a full body massage. Wet warm towels were placed on my body to remove some of the oil, which were very soothing, but not used to wipe the oil off. My friend's robe was placed on my bed for me to wear, and I know it was hers because it had the locker key in the pocket. Maybe it would have been good to ask which robe belonged to who or spread out the hooks so that they are in front each bed and no confusion arises. Also, this is not the fault of the establishment, but when I returned to the bathroom, there were 5 wet towels on the countertop which I placed into the basket so people coming in next wouldn't need to see them. Maybe signs need to be left for those unacquainted with placing dirty linen into the basket. The other thing was that there were four of us and we were asked to share two lockers which is fine, but we were given the same corner even though there were plenty of other lockers on offer. Spreading the provision of lockers would have worked more efficiently. Overall, the experience was lovely. I'm just offering honest feedback, because it was asked for. They are quite trivial things but I'm hoping these minor tweaks will be used to help improve what was mostly a beautiful experience.
