I had a massage and 30 min soak. The bath water was boiling hot. I had to spend 5 minutes with the water on cold. This is a health and safety risk, ie burns.

Amy S was an amazing therapist, from start to finish, really focused on the areas i had asked for, made sure I was comfortable the whole way through the treatment, i wish I had booked for 90min! An excellent pregnancy massage. Thank you.

I had Courtney as my therapist today and she was incredible about! I loved my whole experience this afternoon. I arrived an hour early and used the spa I felt so wonderful by the end of my experience which finished with a glass of bubbles. I definitely will be back.

My treatment was amazing , however on the day of my visit, there was no hot water, therefore no showers. One other mention would be the bathroom floors were slippery and not the cleanest. Regardless of the above mentioned. I had a wonderful day and would book again.

Nothing has changed since I've been there the last time. It's noisy and not relaxing at all. Staff lacked motivation.

Lacked personal touch, tea was offered but not poured and empty when tried to pour. Change rooms were disgusting and smelt Robes should have been left in hotel room with a note to wear to session if going to offer such horrible change rooms
