Unfortunately the sauna/steam room was out of order on my visit which was disappointing as I’d come early to use the facilities. The jacuzzi water wasn’t that hot either as it is just on the main swimming pool. Great spa treatments but the broader spa facilities could do with some work to make this a more pleasurable day spa option

The spa room itself, and pre and post massage room and experience were very nice. However although the massage was 'nice' it was so soft as to feel like I'd almost not had a massage. I was not asked at all what type of pressure I would prefer and after my back massage was completed I asked if I could have stronger pressure on my limbs. She verbally acknowledged me however nothing changed. Also I could barely feel my head massage and she kept stopping. Overall it was a disappointing experience. My partner had a massage at the same time and he felt the same way re his masseur. We have had many massages so had many experiences to compare this with.

Thank you for a lovely experience at LM Spa. We really relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our treatment. I love aromatherapy and would have liked more oils to be used in diffusers or in the massage oil. The staff were wonderful and the quality of the massage was excellent. Cant wait to return. Thanks again:)

Had an amazing facial and massage. Amy is a fantastic therapist and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. She really focused on where I told her I had pain but ensured I had a pleasant relaxing experience. Products used as beautiful and aromatic. Spa facilities are fantastic also.

Staff fantastic, service amazing. Facilities could slightly improve such as water available around pool area ,changing rooms also lacked privacy and space.However what was lacking in facilities staff most definitely made up for absolutely fantastic massage and service.
