I had the best massage and facial I have ever experienced. It was pure bliss with Peri. There were only a few things would've changed. One of the lights in the hammam was flickering so wasn't very soothing, and one the rose quartz rollers had a weird click that kept disturbing me. It would be nice to have the staff storage room closed off when guests are there so it doesn't ruin the ambience, but really, the whole thing was fabulous.

Hi, We thoroughly enjoyed our pamper day at Lancemore Day Spa. The only confusing element was being greeted by a reception who had no idea of our booking (because her computer was ‘down’). And we had also booked two separate massage rooms (two therapists, one in each room) but they had made up one room for both ofus. But they sorted it out. So I went to alot of trouble to make this booking clear (and I had confirmation emails etc to confirm it all) but it was a bit disappointing that the staff working that day were not aware of anything we had requested. But apart from that side of things, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, and the facials and massages were absolutely amazing! Clare

The massage was nice but the oil was freezing cold and it ruined the ambiance for me as I would relax then be hit with cold oil ! Not a nice feeling to be honest Strength of massage was lovely and I liked that they respected that I didn’t want to chat . Much appreciated The spa was a bit unsatisfying the water kept going out of it we had to refill 3 times until we realised that one of the plugs was not secured properly The lights in the spa shine right into your face , not pleasant . For the cost I expected a better level of quality and Nice warm oil !
