Temperature in the room was freezing

The change rooms had an unpleasant smell and the steam room was not inviting. The staff were very professional and did everything they could do to help. The spa part of the pool was not warm enough. It was the same temperature as the rest of the pool making the experience less relaxing. It was great to be able to order food from the lounge but would have been better to do this from the spa site rather than walking across in a robe. Thank you - we will be back

I took up a return visit to Lancemore day spa as it was a truly beautiful experience earlier this year. Again, the treatment was top-notch, beauty services highly professional and the environment stunning. A spa visit includes the added bonus of open access to the beautiful indoor pool setting for as long as you wish on the day, and (if you choose) a walk around the beautiful exterior of the stunning mansion and gardens. Thank you again, I look forward to returning soon.

It was the best massage I have had in a very long time. My masseuse Ania was very warm, professional and attentive. I left feeling so relaxed. I will definitely be back.

I personally love this local facility. I have already recommended a few to come. I forget about the sauna! It is an awesome way to stay the week! I manage a large operation and coming here makes me feel so ok to be me and take a minute. Thank you to all the team members who look after me also, being a larger lady they do not make me feel like I don’t belong. They see me as a valued person
