Compared to previous experiences at LM Spa, this was quite disappointing. The waiting area downstairs was uncomfortably warm and crowded pretreatment. The locker room was a complete mess with every basket overflowing with used robes, slippers and rubbish. The floor was wet. No towels for showering. Just a really shocking state for cost which hampered the experience. It felt like things were overbooked making it unpleasant as staff were neglectful of spaces.

After visiting the spa I would say that some things need to be looked at. The shampoo conditioner and body wash are ridiculously hard to get out you can only pump them so many times. Also no hair dryer in the change room, there used to be as this is not my first time attending the spa. Proper glasses in the lounge area down stairs would be nicer than plastic. Water in the pool area would also be a good idea.

The massage therapist was so good. I asked for firm pressure and she was able to find all my tight or sore spots and massage them out. Even though it was firm i was still totally relaxed. The follow up facial was pure luxury, my face and neck was glowing afterwards

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I did a couples package and our therapists were professional and made sure it was a thoroughly relaxing experience. Enjoyed using the pool area to continue the experience after our treatment.

The pamper session was great. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the $6.00 surcharge on my credit card. unsure why so much.
