Thankyou team! We had a wonderful day!!!! My only feed back is that there are some maintenance that needs to happen. The entrance to the spa from the outside tiles need to be fixed and it wouldn’t hurt to sweep and clean the bird poop. The sauna also needs some attention. Tiles cracking and fallen off. Soap dispensers in showers were empty. I love your receptionist! Amazing as always. Massage was wonderful.. Restaurant was great food. Service was pretty good. He didn’t seem to happy to be there or perhaps a little overwhelmed. Excellent value for money! I love my yearly visit

Me and my daughter had the most pleasant experience. Everything the venue, pool area, staff, products used was exceptional. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect experience. The restroom is a little small but overall the experience was great. The massage and facial were terrific! Definitely coming back.

Reception and staff in general are very professional and lovely however the skill of my therapist was quite clumsy and not at the level id expect for this establishment

We had a great experience. We have attended this spa many times over the last few years. This is our second visit in the last 4 months and on both occasions we have commented on the appearance of the outdoor entrance. It is in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance as are the columns in the swimming pool. I would hesitate to give a gift voucher at the moment as I believe when guests arrive and the steps are covered in dirt and bird droppings and haven’t been washed for months it detracts from the whole experience.
