Very happy to see money spent on pool area and sandstone columns repaired. Pool was a great temperature. Staff were excellent. Lounge chair covers all need to be cleaned, hose them off outside and give them a scrub, they are filthy and I seriously doubt they have ever been properly cleaned. First lounge chair is wobbly. 2 plants in pots out front look very shabby, just need trim and some nice Little Rock’s. Front window and door needs to be cleaned more regularly, have never seen it properly cleaned ( can tell old bird poo from fresh bird poo). Hope this helps.

Special mother/daughter time away. Had massage and ex foliation each. We were treated well, nothing was too much trouble. Left feeling relaxed and spoilt.

Worst experience ever. I have been going here for years and know how good a standard this spa has been but this was the worst experience i have ever had on this visit. There was no one to great me or offer a drink. I waited 10 minutes for the therapist who was not with anyone.minutesThe Therapist didnt ask me what i wanted but told me what i was having. I tried to ask about modifying the booking as i was told by reception to talk to the therapist and was told they do not do the treatments that i mentioned ( which are listed on the spa menu). There for my only choice was a massage. The massage itself the most uneven painful and odd massage I've ever had.My arms were left raised above my head for an house, my shins were attempted to be massaged and in the end I was given what was meant to be a head massage (that i didn't want) which just circled around the top of my head and made my hair look like a birds nest. The whole time I could hear the other therapists chatting over the music in the next room.I was supposed to get a glass of wine/bubbles. I had to go chase it up after my session. The pool was lovely and large but quite cold. The spa was not very strong. To pay for a pool session is nnot worth the money. The food at the pool was super expensive with the chips being $12 and a cheese platter being $50. No food is available after 4:40 and the only indicator is the app to order tells you you can't order at this time. I will be thinking long and hard before returning

A very big warning thank you to the wonderful ladies at L.M.Spa. I surprised my husband with a 60 minute relaxation massage for our wedding anniversary and from our first entry into the spa (Reception Area) until leaving, l couldn't fault a thing. All of the staff were more than amazing. The massage was absolutely ahhh words can't describe it was magical and took both myself and my husband to our zen place. Highly recommend a visit to anyone who is visiting the area/hotel or even staying at the hotel. Great value for money and they don't push force you into buying products afterwards like most spas do. Thank you to the lovely staff once again for a beautiful relaxing experience 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
