Pathetic. I asked her to massage my head and spend 30 mins for head massage and she barely did the head massage. Heavily overpriced for the rubbish massage I got.

As a long time LM Dayspa Mansion client can I say a huge Thankyou so much Perry and Mara - a beautiful treatment, with excellent service and attention from the moment I arrived until I left The spa was clean, welcoming and exactly what I was hoping Can’t wait to return!

Receptionists are rude, the spa and changing area is unclean, paid for a package including a glass of prosecco which I didn’t receive, bath robe and slippers had to be requested. Will not be returning, complete waste of money

Staff are amazing! I feel that the showers, toilets and steam room could do with an upgrade, and regularly checked for hair on surfaces. It would be great if towels could be provided inside the changing room together with the robes and slippers. As mentioned, staff are amazing, but could probably do with an extra pair of hands that focuses on tidying/cleaning spaces solely - instead of the therapists having to do it. I make these observations based on visits to other spas.
