I was very disapointed in the service. I was called into the treatment room at 12:12 for a 12pm appointment and finished my massage and facial at 1:30. How did I recieve a 1 hour massage and 30 minute facial in this time? Not to mention there was at least 10-15mins at the beginning where we were expalined the treatments and asked for preferences as well as left to undress and get into the bed. So overal we paid for 1.5 hrs and got maybe an hour treatment at best. Aso why was I asked what pressure I liked if you could not accomodate high pressure? Extremely disapointed at the lack of communication as this was not mentioned anywhere or at any point of booking.

It was a wonderful experience from the moment I walked into reception, then changed & walked downstairs to the spa waiting area which was lovely & I felt relaxed instantly. I then was lucky enough to have Ella provide me with an all round relaxing & fantastic experience. She was & is amazing, I would definitely will be a return customer & ask for Ella again. I will also recommend L & M Spa to all of my family & friends.

The facilities are quite dated. Not a beautiful antique Werribee mansion dated but built 20 years ago with chips of pain on corners of furniture and old suede couches. Services, staff and actual massage rooms were lovely. But reception, bathrooms and waiting spaces in need of a revamp

A couple of things: The folded towel we put our face on when laying down is soooo rough - surely there is something like the dressing gown fabric that is nice and soft. The masseuse was at the top of the bed and threw a towel into the sink. Was not professional. The steps in and out of the pool by way of the spa pool are fantastic for older people. It was a nice way to spend an afternoon. Thank you.

Certain areas of the facilities need a clean and upgrade such as the paint on the walls and areas around the pool.

The overall experience was good, but the front desk person was not attentive enough. The locker given to my partner was too small to fit all the clothes and shoes and it was not working properly, there was no slippers and bathrobe in the locker as well. The hammam experience was not pleasant because the steam from beneath the seat was too hot and it was impossible to sit with our legs on the floor. The exfoliation and the massage was very well done and we enjoyed it.
