Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I did a couples package and our therapists were professional and made sure it was a thoroughly relaxing experience. Enjoyed using the pool area to continue the experience after our treatment.

The pamper session was great. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the $6.00 surcharge on my credit card. unsure why so much.

Loved the therapist who treated me! She was so kind and gentle. It was the exact self-care experience I was hoping for. The toilets and environment outside of the downstairs area requires a bit of TLC. Mosquitos stuck to the windows, dirty tiles in the toilet/change room etc.

Whilst the environment is beautiful, the Spa itself has had a bit of wear and tear and may need a refresh. The Spa indulgence pack was 90 mins of pure bliss. Courtney was attentive, caring and very professional. The massage itself was incredible.

The facilities are getting a little tired and the change room is a bit cramped, but the staff are so sweet. And my actual treatments with Courtney were honesty FANTASTIC!

We went on a saturday. And not much people on the pool and spa which is good because the pool is quite small. Overall it was an awesome experience. The body and facial massage were the highlights. It was really good and the area are also clean and nice. The massage bed has adjustments. Towels, bath robes and slippers are provided. Toilet has complete amenities. Drinking water is available and lockers are provided. I just find it a bit pricy but despite that, I never felt so relaxed so i guess it was worth the price. Thank you. I will definitely be back.
